time I think I've mastered Grady's workout he raises
the bar. The POW's today were quite a challenge, to
say the least. Grady is great at mixing up each session
so my workouts don't get redundant.

Personal Training’s kick ass cardio based workouts have
taken my fitness to a whole new level! After having
2 children my goal was to get lean and tone up, Grady
has made it fun in the process (I’m hooked)!

has definitely taking my fitness to a new level. I had
plateaued in my regular cardio workouts and was at a
place in life where I needed a metabolism jump start.
I have seen amazing results. My workouts with Grady
are definitely amped up, each time I make it through
one I feel like the next time will be easier, but it
never is each work out is a challenge. Grady has a great
spirit and keeps the workouts fresh and creative.
began training with Grady after a 7 year workout hiatus
due to motherhood. I have worked out with Grady now
for 3 years and have known him for many more. Grady
is an awesome person and has helped me in so many ways.
My workouts with him are absolutely challenging. He
consistently takes my workouts to a level of intensity
that I could never achieve on my own. Grady is the king
of “mixing it up”. No two workouts are the same and
all are geared towards your personal exercise needs/goals.
As an example, just this year Grady encouraged me to
run the Donna Hicken half marathon. With his training
and motivation I was able to complete the half marathon
and had an absolute blast doing so in the process. As
a second example, I broke my ankle 7 months ago. Also
with Grady’s expertise and inspiration, I was able to
continue to do a full workout in a cast, initially with
crutches and later a walking boot, and still maintain
my fitness level. Grady, in my opinion is the ultimate
personal trainer. He’s experienced, knowledgeable, creative,
smart, funny, motivating and inspiring. I truly look
forward to my weekly workouts with him and would encourage
anyone to train with Grady. As Grady would say “it’s
a win, win situation”!
